Overview
Magnetic sensing, built for speed
The AK680 V3 uses magnetic (Hall-effect) switch sensing instead of traditional mechanical contact, reading key position magnetically rather than waiting for a physical circuit to close.
This is what makes custom dynamic key travel possible — the actuation point on each key can be adjusted rather than fixed, letting the keypad respond to how a key is actually being pressed.
Performance & Key Travel
Precision sensing, five configurable behaviours
A dedicated RT button gives direct on-board access to these settings. Every key can also be set to one of five configurable behaviours:

RSRapid Trigger
Actuation and reset adjust dynamically based on how quickly a key is pressed and released.

SOCDSimultaneous Opposite Cardinal Directions
Applies defined resolution logic when two opposing directional keys are pressed at once.

TGLToggle
Continuous key triggering can be switched on or off.

MTMod-Tap
One function on a tap, a different function when the key is held.

DKSDynamic Keystroke
One key can trigger up to four assigned functions at different points of travel.

All keys are hot-swappable, so switches can be removed and replaced directly without desoldering.
