Ajazz Gaming Peripherals – Manufacturer's Warranty Coverage

Overview

Ajazz products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty, provided in addition to any rights granted by the seller or applicable legislation.

Warranty Period

  • Standard warranty: 12 months from date of delivery to the first end-user
  • Pre-orders: 12 months starting from the date the customer receives the product
  • Batteries: 3 months warranty only
  • Replacement products: Covered for the remainder of the original warranty or 90 days from service date, whichever is longer
  • Void conditions: Serial number defaced or unauthorized software modifications void the warranty

What Is NOT Covered

  • Accessories/spare parts sold separately (cables, carrying cases, etc.)
  • Damage from wrongful use, incorrect installation, unauthorized repairs, or neglect
  • Products not purchased from official channels (ajazz.in or authorized sellers)
  • Damage from lightning, fire, water, or force majeure events
  • Batteries (covered separately under 3-month warranty)

Non-Warranty Repairs (Charges Apply)

The following items can be repaired or replaced for a fee, regardless of warranty status:

Spare Legs

Replacement feet or leg components for mice and keyboards

Type-C Cable

USB Type-C charging or data cable replacement

Toggle Switch

Mechanical switch replacement for keyboards

Cable Port

Charging or connection port repair or replacement

Battery Replacement

Internal battery replacement for wireless devices

Single Switch Damage

Individual mechanical switch repair or replacement

Single Keycap Damage

Individual keycap replacement for keyboards

How to Claim Warranty

  • Email support@ajazz.in or raise a ticket via the Help & Support section
  • Include original invoice or proof of purchase + photo/video of the defect
  • For wrong product or color received: send a photo with product and tracking number on paper within 7 days of delivery to support@ajazz.in
  • If the courier shows "Delivered" for more than 3 months, no refund can be issued — report undelivered parcels within 3 months
  • If product cannot be repaired, a replacement of the same product will be issued; forward and return courier charges are borne by the customer

Important: Proof of purchase (original invoice) is required for all warranty claims.

Delivery Deadline: If your courier shows "Delivered" for more than 3 months, no refund can be issued. Report undelivered parcels within 3 months of delivery.
