These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Ajazz India website located at www.ajazz.in (the "Site") and any products or services offered by Ajazz India ("We", "Us", or "Our"). By accessing or using our Site, purchasing our products, or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on the Site are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Ajazz India reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

Ajazz India shall not be liable for any payment failure, bank charges, or delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Orders and Order Confirmation

Placing an order on our Site constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. An order is accepted and a contract is formed only upon dispatch of the product(s) and issuance of an order confirmation. Ajazz India reserves the right to cancel any order at any stage for reasons including but not limited to:

• Stock unavailability

• Errors in pricing or product information

• Suspected fraudulent activity

• Failed payment verification

In the event of cancellation, any payment made will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Shipping and Delivery

Ajazz India ships products across India. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and are indicative only. We are not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners, natural disasters, government actions, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery. If a product is damaged in transit, please contact us at support@ajazz.in within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Returns, Replacements and Refunds

Our return, replacement, and refund policy is as follows:

• Products may be returned or replaced within 7 days of delivery if they are found to be defective or damaged upon receipt

• Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation

• Products that have been used, tampered with, or damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return or replacement

• Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method

To initiate a return or replacement, please contact support@ajazz.in with your order details and photographic evidence of the issue.

Warranty

Ajazz India products come with a limited manufacturer's warranty as specified on the product page. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use conditions and does not cover:

• Physical damage caused by misuse, accidents, or neglect

• Damage caused by unauthorised modifications or repairs

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage caused by use with incompatible devices or accessories

Warranty claims must be submitted to support@ajazz.in with proof of purchase and a description of the defect.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product names, and software, is the property of Ajazz India or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from this Site without the prior written consent of Ajazz India.

User Conduct

By using our Site, you agree not to:

All legal matters, disputes, and proceedings related to Ajazz India, its products, services, and these Terms shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India, regardless of where the user is located or where the transaction originated.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of our Site or services, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through good-faith negotiations within 30 days of the dispute arising. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be referred to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
