Return Policy
Returns are only accepted for quality issues that cannot be resolved remotely. Random returns without a quality issue will not be eligible for a refund. Customers with a quality issue should email support@ajazz.in — if the tech team needs to inspect the product, Ajazz will arrange a pickup and offer a replacement.
Don't Like the Product?
- No refund if the seal is broken
- Return/refund requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- Customer must dispatch the sealed product and bear courier charges
- Product must be unused with undamaged original packaging
- All documentation (receipt, price tags, labels, warranty card) and accessories must be included
- Replacement or refund processed after product is received and inspected
- Accessories are not eligible for return/exchange unless damaged or defective
- Email support@ajazz.in for the warehouse return address
Received Wrong Layout/Version
If the wrong product layout or version is received, the customer must send a photo of the product and tracking number (written/printed on paper) to support@ajazz.in within 7 days of delivery.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can only be cancelled before shipment is dispatched
- If already shipped and customer still wants to cancel, product must be reshipped at customer's expense
- Refund after shipment will be issued minus shipping charges
- No refund if the seal is broken under any circumstance
Refunds
Refunds or replacements are processed only after the sealed product is received and inspected. Processing takes up to 5 working days.
Late or Missing Refunds

- Contact your bank — processing time may cause delays

Before opening your package, record a complete uncut video that shows:
- Sealed package from all angles with intact original tape
- Product box condition before opening
- All contents clearly displayed during unboxing
- Product and accessories inspected for damage
Reject delivery immediately if the package appears tampered with. Once accepted, we cannot be held responsible for replacements.
Return Eligibility
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery
- Product must be unused with original sealed packaging intact
- All original accessories, documentation, and retail box required
- Factory seals and 'Do Not Remove' stickers must be unbroken
- No physical damage, spills, or evidence of use
- Items purchased directly from Ajazz.in only
Non-Returnable Items
Personal preference returns (color, size, functionality) are not accepted. Once opened or unsealed, products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.
Warranty Coverage
Products carry 6 months to 2 years manufacturer warranty. Batteries are covered for 3 to 6 months depending on the product.
Additional Fees
Products not in like-new condition or missing accessories may incur cleaning fees (₹100–₹500) based on condition. Please clean products before returning.
